Comprehensive Inspection Services
We work exclusively with suppliers who agree to full cooperation with our inspectors and protocols, granting access to production facilities and assembly lines. Our most common inspection is the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), conducted just before goods leave the factory. Additional inspections can be arranged as needed, including:
Pre-Production Inspection (PPI): Evaluating facilities and processes before production begins.
Oversight by Inspector (OPI): Continuous oversight during part or all of the production process.
Detailed Reporting
Following each inspection, we provide a thorough report with actionable insights, including:
- Photos of the production facility, products, packaging, and cartons.
- Detailed descriptions of inspected products (SKUs, dimensions, weight, color).
- Detailed descriptions of inspected products (SKUs, dimensions, weight, color).
- A checklist of tests performed, along with results or scores.
Informed Decision-Making
Our inspection reports are designed to provide clarity on product quality before shipment. A positive report (PASS) does not obligate acceptance of the order, and a negative report (FAIL) does not prevent you from accepting a production cycle whether in part or full.
